TempusTRAX - Product Specifications
Control Panel
 The
control panel, accessible over the secure web server, is
the nerve center of TempusTRAX. From here you can view your
assets, compile statistics and set administrative options.
The control panel also displays the company news where management
can post messages to all of the users of the system.
Organization Editor
 In
the Organization Editor page you can configure such things
as the time zone, preferences for units of measure and map
settings. From here you can also manage the drivers, assets,
routing and key indicators for your company.
Geo-fencing
 Geo-fencing
alerts you when a driver leaves a pre-defined area. The
area can be defined by any number of points to create a
detailed polygon. You can clear the fence or recreate it
at any time.
Alert Report
 The
alert report is one example of the many reports included
with TempusTRAX. This report allows you to view a record
of the alerts which correspond to customizable events such
as a vehicle leaving the geo-fenced zone, exceeding a set
speed or identifying a driver who pressed a panic button.
The alerts are color coded for easy visibility and recognition
of their importance.
Trip logging
 Trip
logging records the estimated mileage, top speed, number
of stops and hours of service for each vehicle in the system.
You can either watch these statistics in real-time or go
back into history and review routes driven weeks or months
ago by drivers. TempusTRAX keeps records of a number of
useful statistics that are accessible through the online
reporting system.
Configurable trip labels
 Trip
labels are displayed on the map and automatically adjust
their positions and hide themselves based on the proximity
of the points. You can also configure what information you
would like displayed on the labels. Through the configuration
system, choose as much or as little information as you need
to see on the map.
